Table Ribbons
are there if your cursor is in the table.

​TABLES - MAKE A CALENDAR
(This uses most of the Table skills)


MAKE YOUR 7 X 7 CALENDAR TABLE
1 - Set up the page: Landscape, small left/right margins
2 - Make a 7 x 7 table
3 - Top row: 1" high, name of month, large type, centered
4 - Second row: days of the week, centered
5 - Lower rows:
  • Numbers typed
  • Select the rows
  • Choose font size & style 
  • 1" high
  • Text is Top Right

USE A MACRO, TO ADD NUMBERS

If you made a macro, to type numbers

1 - Put cursor in the correct cell for first day of the month
2 - Press the shortcut key for your number macro (Alt-N)t


​CALENDAR EXTRAS

A - Merge empty cells, to hold sayings, prayers, other.
B - Add text below a number but not on the right:
  • 1 - put cursor at right edge of top number
  • 2 - press ENTER
  • 3 - Type text below the number
  • 4 - Use control-E or Control-L to move typing
