Law Firms, Corporations

Picture
Attorneys and legal workers need easier ways to produce accurate documents.  Anyone producing documents needs them..

MS Word, Excel, and other programs allow fast keyboard and voice commands, plus macros and other speed tricks.  To deliver your documents on time, we can make your computer--or your team--more productive with shortcuts and "surprises" no one told you how to use.

We improve speed and accuracy in producing documents in several ways:

  • Efficient keyboard and mouse tips
  • Macros and keystroke tricks
  • How to say text and numbers into your document-- 80 wpm or faster
  • Stronger for pleadings, tables of contents/authorities, correspondence
  • Strengthening word processing documents with Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Making sense of Microsoft Word for "WordPerfect people"

Talk, Don't Type -- Use Speech-Recognition

When you need to write quickly--

Speech Recognition programs were introduced loudly--and prematurely-- some time ago.  The programs "sort of worked," but you spent more time fixing errors than getting your work done.  If you tried Speech Recognition around 1999, you probably gave up.  Like we did.

Good news:  It works extremely well now.  Attorneys and legal workers can expect at least 90% accuracy, and at least 100 words per minute.

Like to dictate into a handheld recorder???  More good news.  Your digital recorder can be plugged into a computer, and the text you dictated will "type" onto the page of a Microsoft Word or WordPerfect document.

Contact us to schedule a demonstration for yourself or your law firm.  And see our Speech Recognition page.
