Who We Are

We are a team of document specialists and instructors, headed by Joseph Loesch.  We began teaching document skills to law firm workers.  We emphasized fast and dependable computer techniques, to get documents finished quickly for court deadlines.  Our teaching soon extended to small businesses, students, and injured workers.  These days we still keep it simple.  Your work can be much easier when you learn basic techniques and the hidden shortcuts and speed tricks.  It's the same approach to all computer skills: spreadsheets, visual presentations, legal and publication documents, web design and music recording apps.

Since 1989

We have taught easier, faster computer skills
to injured workers, law firms, private individuals,
and businesses.

Every major insurance carrier has hired us
to provide remedial computer classes and job skills to injured workers.

Injured Worker Computer Programs

  • Funding for programs:  Our programs are not funded by state or federal student financial aid programs (WIOA/WIA funds).  They are paid for by individuals, law firms, and Worker’s Comp insurance companies.  If you are an injured worker, please see our Injured Workers' page.
  • Workers who are injured on the job may be entitled to insurance funds to learn computer skills or other skills.  Insurance companies, with whom employers insure them, can review training programs chosen by the worker, and issue payment to a training provider for those programs.
  • California's Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education has verified LRS as an institution with Exempt status, pursuant to the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009.
  • California's EDD has information about Workers' Comp benefits at https://edd.ca.gov/en/disability/Employer_Workers_Compensation/
